Shipping
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return or exchange within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, under these circumstances:
Return shipping is post-marked within 7 days of confirmed delivery date
Items are in original condition
Items are NOT broken or cracked
All packaging materials are included
Not an item that was on sale
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All packages are insured for the amount paid. If your package arrives with a broken item, please contact immediately with photos of the broken pieces and photos of the shipping box and packaging. An insurance claims will be filed for you to receive a refund only if photos are e-mailed immediately.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your credit card or banking institution)
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged while in transit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery arrival. If you need to exchange it for a similar/same item, send us an email at aurazcona@gmail.com.
All domestic and international orders include tracking and delivery confirmation and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail UPS, or DHL International with full insurance.
All shipping rates are based on order weight total and the destination.
As sustainability is one of our top priorities, we have implemented green shipping practices to help reduce our environmental impact by using recycled/recyclable and biodegradable shipping materials. Nearly all packages shipped are without any plastic materials, like bubble wrap. 98% of our packaging is recycled cardboard and paper products.

When will my order ship?
The majority of orders will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days, but please allow at least 7-10 business days to process and ship your order. Please note, that due to varying demands and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times.
